Adv. Prashant Pandey

Prashant Pandey, enrolled as an Advocate at Bar Council of Delhi in year 2011, practised before various Session courts and Foras from 2011-2012. Prashant post graduated as LLM in Corporate Laws in 2016. From 2016 he practised before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

From 2016 to 2019 Prashant served as a Legal Consultant with Enforcement Directorate and has represented Enforcement Directorate before Appellate Tribunal / Special Court under PMLA as well as appeared on behalf of Directorate in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Currently, Prashant is practising as a defence counsel representing Sri Law Associates in Delhi for cases / adjudication under PMLA, FEMA and other economic offence cases.

Mr. Poonia is an alumnus of Delhi University (DU). He has been practicing in all areas of law which include Civil, Criminal, and Civil (Original Jurisdiction), Consumer Disputes, etc. and arguing in all forums including District Courts, High Courts, and various Tribunals. In addition, thereto, he does legal research on the topics which evolve from the cases assigned to him and also keep abreast of recent legal developments which enhance his legal knowledge and help him achieve the targets assigned to him. He also deals with the clients by giving them a satisfactory legal opinion in resolving their issues.

Adv. Saurabh Dwivedi

Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi is a dedicated advocate with a diverse background in law, public administration, and policy. Currently serving as a Government Pleader (UOI) within the High Court of Delhi, Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi brings a wealth of experience to Prolex Associates.

Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi's legal practice is grounded in a strong academic foundation. Holding LLB from the prestigious Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2019-2022), Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi is currently pursuing an LLM in Corporate Law at Amity University (2024-2025). Further enhancing their expertise in dispute resolution, Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi is also undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Indian Law Institute (2024).

Prior to their current role, Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi gained valuable experience as an Advocate at the Chamber of S. P. M. Tripathi (S & S Law Associates) and Amit Sinha and Associates at Patiala House Court (November 2022-Present). This experience provided exposure to a wide range of legal matters and honed their courtroom advocacy skills.

Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi 's professional journey also includes a period as a Policy Research Associate at the Office of Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (2017-2018), demonstrating understanding of policy development and government processes. Additionally, they served as a Political Consultant and Strategist (2018-2024), developing strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Their legal internship at the Chamber of S. P. M. Tripathi (S & S Law Associates) (2021-2022) solidified their commitment to the legal profession.

Advocate Saurabh Dwivedi also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science from Delhi University (2010-2013), further demonstrating a well-rounded educational background.
